I. General conditions of registration
Different steps are required in order to register as a partner of the Loyalty Program of the Magic Pass.

a) Sign and return the "partner agreement" and the "appendix to the partner agreement"
b) Access the registration platform
The partner who signed the agreement receives a link on which he registers his establishment / company. It provides the following information:
Company name
Address
IBAN
VAT number
Economic sector
Personal details
Six Payment Services (SPS) collects and processes partner data to enable it to benefit from the best possible service thanks to easy access to the One Link system (points exchange system). The partner agrees to provide this data in order to take part in the program. He understands that if this data is not transmitted, he will not be able to participate in the Loyalty Program.
c) Access the management system and complete the annex to the SPS contract
Once the registration is complete, the partner receives a confirmation email containing an access link to a personal account in the customer relationship management system. An annex to the SPS contract is available for download and pre-filled for the partner. The latter indicates the identifier number of their payment terminal, completes the form, then downloads it signed into their account of the management system. The partner who accepts these general conditions undertakes to complete this annex, failing which it will not be possible for him to participate in the Loyalty Program.
d) Validation by SPS
Once the annex to the contract has been signed, SPS validates the information and activates the partner's terminal so that it is compatible with the Loyalty Program. Once the terminal is activated, the partner is notified by e-mail and has full access to the customer relationship management system and the program as a whole.
II. Using the program
The partner undertakes to participate actively and dynamically, in particular through the creation of offers, and not to hinder the proper functioning of the program. It is referred to the convention on this subject.
III. Data protection
Magic Mountains Cooperation, a cooperative society (MMC), has the priority of preserving the confidentiality of the personal data of its partners and customers.
The partner's bank and personal data are collected and processed by SPS as part of the Loyalty Program of the Magic Pass. Each payment terminal must be linked to the One Link system in order to authorize the production of Magic Pass loyalty points. By accepting these general conditions, the partner accepts that the company transmits this data and information to SPS and understands that failing this, he will not be able to participate in the Loyalty Program.
With the exception of the above, the data provided by the partner is in principle not transmitted to third parties, unless there is consent to do so from the partner in question, in the event of a legal obligation or a judicial injunction.
MMC undertakes to process data in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Law in force in Switzerland, the principles of good faith and proportionality.
By joining the Loyalty Program, the partner consents to the processing of his data in accordance with these general conditions. The general conditions can be modified at any time; the new conditions will be accessible via the customer relationship management system and must be accepted so that the partner can continue to benefit from the program following a modification.
IV. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These general conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction is in Sion.
